I offer a reduced fee for Naropa Students, Staff, and Faculty.

If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, anger or other difficult emotions, if you are in the midst of life-changing events, such as the loss of a job or relationship, the death of a loved one, or diminished physical abilities, if you find that your ways of relating with others result too often in pain, rather than love, I can guide you, as an individual or as a couple, to let go of distressing emotions, limiting thoughts, and counter-productive habits of relationship, opening up the potential within each moment for experiences of love, peace, purpose, joy, acceptance, and connection.

I have 25 years of experience practicing psychotherapy and training psychotherapists. I am an Associate Professor and former Chair in the Master's Program in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University. I practice and teach meditation in order to cultivate awareness and compassion. A complimentary consultation is offered.

I am a world traveler who has lived abroad, a lover of our natural world, a partner in a long-term relationship, mother and step-mother in a diverse family. I am called to explore living in truth and open-heartedness, and to help suffering people live more happily.
