Tea and Closing Reception
Please join us for an informal and engaging time together, to enjoy tea, sweets and our conversations!

Please note: Our colleagues from Marketing and Communications will be there; we would love to get photos of individual parents/family members, for following up with this event. And we plan to take a group photo – of all attendees – at 4:15 p.m., and we invite you to join us for that!

Don't let your student have all the fun! Come join us for an informal visit, or attend one of several events that Naropa University hosts specifically for parents and families. During your visit here, we hope that you'll meet many of the people your student spends time with and see the places where your student studies, lives, and grows in experiences.

Naropa University hosts a special program for parents and families during fall orientation, as well as an annual Parent and Family Weekend. Attend workshops, lectures, student performances, and campus tours. Try your hand at sitting meditation and learn what contemplative practice is about. Wander around Boulder to discover the abundant variety of cultural and scholarly outlets.

Naropa University offers this schedule of events specifically designed for parents/guardians & families of new students. The intention of this program is to provide you, the family, contact with some of the people, places, information, and heart of Naropa University. Our intention is also to welcome you into the Naropa community as a valuable part of your student's educational journey through Naropa University.
