Mission:  Develop a relationship between mind and body that's friendly, realistic, and effective. Use technique to reduce stress, improve posture, and enhance performance.

Mission: A tribal belly dance troupe dedicated to dancing soulfully. Group improvisational format, devoted to exploring the beauty, mystery, and sensuality of this enrapturing dance.
