Certificate in Traditional
Eastern Arts

The Certificate in Traditional Eastern Arts is a two-year, 30-credit program designed to give the student proficiency in a chosen contemplative awareness discipline, a foundation of Shambhala sitting meditation, familiarity with an adjunctive contemplative awareness discipline and the opportunity for further exploration in the Traditional Eastern Arts through general electives.

Students select a concentration in one of three areas:
