Graduate Assistantships

Graduate Assistantships are a form of employment with Naropa University. Graduate students have the opportunity to work in their field and receive a scholarship that s applied directly to their tuition bill. The type of GA positions available may be administrative, instructive or research oriented.

JKS students have the opportunity to work as Graduate Assistants in the Naropa Writing Center. The NWC is a free service that offers one-on-one writing consultation in a positive, relaxed atmosphere to the Naropa community. The Center also provides quality training and professional development in writing pedagogy to its staff. Graduate students selected to become Writing Fellows are required to take a three-credit pedagogy seminar, offered in the fall.
