This one-hour documentary, filmed and directed by Jaap Verhoeven, highlights Lama Tsultrim Allione's early life, her discovery of Tibetan Buddhism, and her four years as a nun in India. Lama Tsultrim shares her journey of raising children, personal challenges, and her unceasing quest to bring the sacred feminine to light. The film also features the creation of Tara Mandala, the retreat center Allione founded in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and the development of the groundbreaking Feeding Your Demons™, a 5-step process that enables one to compassionately engage with one's demons, rather than continue the cycle of struggle and suppression. Filmed by Lahaul, Manali, and Tso Pema (India) and at Tara Mandala (USA).
Lama Tsultrim Allione will be present for questions after the film.

"The Mandala of Enlightened Union: Inviting the Sacred Masculine/Feminine" with Lama Tsultrim Allione
The Tantric tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism offers the evocative image of the masculine and feminine in sacred union. This symbol is an invitation to unify within ourselves and our partnerships the wisdom of the feminine and the skillful means of the masculine. Through understanding and engaging this dynamic interplay, we can begin to transform negative patterns of thought and behavior into enlightened awareness and action. The full spectrum of who we are—the mandala of our being—radiates with wakefulness and compassion. In this inspiring day, Lama Tsultrim shares teachings, meditation, and exercises to apply these principles to our daily life.
